I have been a member of Dreamstime for 10 years and have found everyone supportive and responsive. I greatly appreciate the camaraderie with other photographers. I didn’t get that impression from any other stock photo site when I was beginning so I am exclusive with DT.

There is a sense of community here
There is a sense of community here, I have submitted articles and received good feedback on photos that supported the article. Contributors seem to be more involved with Dreamstime than at other stock photo agencies. I do struggle a bit with generating income but Dreamstime accepts many of my photos.

Back to DREAMSTIME again!
I have evolved my company many times as new LLCs'. Dreamstime always provides the most well-rounded photos and visuals than all other companies that I've ever tried in 10+ years, and saves them all through the years in my dashboard even if I haven't used them in years! I can just browse through them and pick one I never used, yet bought, or reuse one. And now Dreamstime has a reusable monthly payment plan that no other company can compete with in terms of longevity marries ease and price.

Long-term Subscriber to Dreamstime
I have been with Dreamstime for many years. They respond to tech reports very quickly and courteously. Usually, issues are resolved immediately, but once in a while, it takes a day or two to analyze the causes. In no instance has this interfered with the service or my own work flow. I consider it useful to report any little glitch I discover and appreciate the effort they make to resolve even very minor issues.

Great customer service
Their customer service representative was fantastic. Initially, I was a little confused by the credits system and had questions about the licenses that come with their photographs. I sent them an email and heard back within 30 minutes - They answered all my questions and I was able to proceed with my order.

I Love This Site!
I have been using this site for just under a year. Never had an issue and love the photo quality. My unused downloads rollover and I have never experience anything like that. I left Shutterstock for this company. Kudos!

Dreamstime lives up to its name on all fronts!
i would recommend this service and company to anyone who wants 100% customer service which i haven't seen the likes of in many years. There are no robots, you will be able to problem solve without losing time, your mind or your money. I've been in the service industry for most of my life and now i work for Sothebys international realty. Dreamstime lives up to it's name! You won't regret making this decision!

Excellent Assistance
I must thank Customer Experience & Assistance from Dreamstime: Tom Templeman has provided an excellent service and solved my problem! I ended up making a purchase by mistake, in a way I didn't want, I explained the case and they refunded me. That comprehension is rare to see. For sure, when I need images again, it will be the first guys I will remember of. And I know if I may have any eventual issue in the future, I will be very well assisted.

I was very impressed when I emailed Dreamstime with some billing issues and they resolved the problem right away, fixed my username/password problem, and gave me a better understanding of how not to automatically renew. I look forward to using Dreamstime for additional photos going forward.

When I joined Dreamstime
When I joined Dreamstime, I bought 10 images to use for my website. The quality is extremely good. I didn't realize I had signed a $25/month contract and after two months, I knew I had only needed the 10 images. I contacted them and Gladys gave me excellent customer service as well as refunding the two months I didn't use any images. First class operation!

Dreamstime was wonderful
I had found several photos on the internet that I wanted to use in a presentation. They had Dreamstime watermarks, so I came to Dreamstime to buy them. Most of them I could find myself, and I found the process easy and clear. The ones which I could not find were found by a Dreamstime staff person called Cookie. She found them all and sent me the links within minutes. She was marvelously helpful.

Very Excellent service
Very Excellent service, by mistake I made a purchase and my card was charged for 1,000 dollars, I sent an email to cancel the purchase, and in less than 12 hours they solved my problem and made a refund, I have previously made some purchases and everything was very good, since you can pause your membership.

Love Dreamstime
I researched other stock websites, as a small business I could not afford them. Dreamstime fits in my small budget and I also like the Dreamstime lets your unused credits roll into the next month. That is very helpful, some months I need more images that other months. I always find what I need and often get ideas from images from my searches. I have use Dreamtime exclusively for several years because I've never had the need to go elsewhere, and I can be very picky. Keep up the good work Dreamstime!

Good images, fair pricing
I have used literally all the stock image services on the planet throughout the years. I have chosen Dreamstime because they have a flexible pricing schedule, so when i am in a slow season I use the minimum and when I get cranking I can rev it up to fit my needs, their pricing is very fair. Astounding Variety of Images for Any Project!
The sheer variety of images is a spectacle to behold. Whether it's nature photos, vector stock, banners for sales, patterns, whatever it may be, I have been able to find it on Dreamstime with ease. Prices are more than fair across the board. Some images are such amazing quality for the price, it really gives other stock sites a run for their money.
